Random Raffle Generator

The Random Raffle Generator draws winners from a list you paste in. Put one entrant per line (names, email addresses, ticket numbers, whatever you sold), type how many winners you need, and press Draw Winners. The list is shuffled and the first N entries are shown as winner cards, in the order they were drawn, with a copy button that puts them on your clipboard one per line. No account, no upload, no limit on entries, and nothing you paste leaves your browser.

How the draw works

• Entrants. Paste or type them into the box, one per line. Blank lines are ignored. A live counter above the box shows how many valid entries you have, which is a quick sanity check against your ticket sales.
• Number of winners. Any number from 1 up to the number of entrants. Ask for more winners than entrants and you get an error instead of a draw.
• No repeat winners. The tool shuffles the whole list and takes the top of it, so one line can win at most once. If someone bought five tickets and you want them to have five chances, paste their name five times.
• Order matters. Winners are listed in draw order, so you can treat the first card as first prize, the second as second prize, and so on.

Each press is a fresh shuffle. Once you have a result you are happy with, copy it before pressing again; there is no history.

Running a fair raffle with it

A random tool only makes a draw fair if the process around it is visible. A few habits that keep entrants happy:

• Publish the entry list first. Share the count (the number above the box) before drawing so nobody suspects names were added later.
• Draw in public or on a screen share. The results appear instantly, so a live draw takes seconds and everyone sees the same shuffle.
• Draw alternates. Set the number of winners a couple higher than the prizes so you have backups if a winner does not respond. The extra cards are your reserve list, in order.
• Copy and keep the result. The copy button gives you a plain-text record for the announcement post or the club minutes.
