The pool is 46 villains: 37 from Disney animation, from the Big Bad Wolf in the 1933 short Three Little Pigs through to Namaari in Raya and the Last Dragon, plus 9 from Pixar such as Sid, Lotso, Syndrome and Gabby Gabby. There are no filters, just the button, so it works as a quick villain randomizer for games, drawing prompts and arguments about who was worst.

The famous names are all here: Maleficent, the Evil Queen, Ursula, Scar, Jafar, Cruella De Vil, Gaston, Hades, Captain Hook, Lady Tremaine, Mother Gothel, Doctor Facilier, Yzma, Claude Frollo and Prince Hans. Beyond those, the list goes out of its way to include villains most people forget: Amos Slade (The Fox and the Hound), Edgar the butler (The Aristocats), Madame Medusa (The Rescuers), Percival McLeach (The Rescuers Down Under), the Horned King (The Black Cauldron), Bill Sykes (Oliver & Company), Ratigan, Madam Mim, Honest John and Gideon, and Si and Am, the Siamese cats from Lady and the Tramp. Chernabog from Fantasia and Peg Leg Pete from the Mickey Mouse shorts round out the classic era. Newer entries include Te Kā (Moana), Robert Callaghan (Big Hero 6), Evil Ralph (Ralph Breaks the Internet), Ercole Visconti (Luca) and Emperor Zurg from Lightyear (2022).
Every entry is a Disney or Pixar animated film character. There are no live-action remakes, Marvel or Star Wars villains, and no Disney Channel characters. Each pick shows only the name, the film and a picture; there is no bio, so the table below adds a line of context for a few of them.

Ways to use it
- Villainous game nights. Players who cannot agree on who takes which villain let the generator decide. Many of the board game's Disney villains are in this list (Maleficent, Jafar, Ursula, Captain Hook, Prince John, Queen of Hearts, Hades, Facilier, Scar, Yzma, Ratigan, Mother Gothel, Cruella, Pete, Lady Tremaine, Gaston, the Horned King, Lotso, Syndrome, Madam Mim), though a few such as Shere Khan and Oogie Boogie are not, so reroll if you land on one your set does not have.
- Drawing and cosplay prompts. Roll once a day for a sketch challenge, or roll for a group costume theme where everyone has to dress as the villain they get.
- Trivia. Roll a villain, cover the film name, and have the table guess the movie and the year. The deep cuts (McLeach, Bill Sykes, Amos Slade) separate the casual fans from the serious ones.
- Writing prompts. Roll two villains and write the scene where they meet, or roll one and write their side of the story.

No. Each click shows a single villain with a picture. Click again for another; the same villain can come up twice in a row because every roll is independent.

Mostly. Most of the villains from the Villainous board game and its expansions are in the list, but not all of them, and the list also includes villains that are not in the game. Reroll when you get one that is not in your box.
- Are Pixar characters included?
